Switching mode - no Viewer

I would like an extra option for the choices in "Switching mode":
"Browser <> Fullscreen"
Basically I don't *ever* want to use the non-fullscreen viewer. It's not useful to me. But in these choices, there is no option that doesn't include Viewer in some way.
