Good day!
When loading a text file with keywords for IPTC, Russian fonts are not displayed correctly. Latin words are displayed correctly. How to fix the situation? I was looking for a similar question on the forum but did not find it.

By default, text file must be in the system codec. I can only detect UTF8 text file with BOM
