Enter key on German keyboard in key definition

I would like to use Enter key as fullscreen shortcut, but the main one not the Enter key on the additional numpad. I thought those are qual (as I can press either one in all other applications), but XnView MP treats them different - at least on my German keyboard/OS.
In shortcut settings, I cannot press the normal Enter key (that is interpreted as pressing OK button), just the additional one to set "enter" - but in file browser then also only the additional "enter" key works.
Isn't it ASCII character 13 for both keys on keyboard?
How can I set normal "enter" key as shortcut for fullscreen?
