Can I move the thumbnail image by the drag and drog of the mouse?

- This depends to where and which image as thumb-nail you want to drag & drop…

- For instance, I tested to D&D the thumb-nail of a *.BMP into the window of MSPaint, that works…

- Please, could you explain that you mean a bit more ?
