could be added resize by Megabyte like xnconverter?

Hi
could be added resize by Megabyte like xnconverter?
it's very usefull , there are lots of pictures take with camera with 40mb and up
and would be nice have the possibility to send picture via emails
I know there is send via email... but adding smtp would be great
at least we don't need to use an email client , think about the portable version!

I use it ,but i keep Xnview classic with me becase it's full portable
