For me "save as" is much less used than "save", but now "save as" is centrally located and larger than "save". I think there location should be switched.

And when I accidentally click the "save as" button and cancel the operation then, I can't return to the photo I just edited, instead all edits are discarded.

I'm kinda disappointed that there is no "Close all the other tabs" checkbox in that dialog box when closing the program. Now, I must manually hit the [No] button multiple times to close all the tabs. It was different (and more convenient) in XnView Classic.

P.S. XnView MP 7.75 on Windows 10

I just tried windows version, the "save as, save, no, cancel" dialog is good. However in linux it is "save, cancel, save as, no".

You had not that in previous version??

It was "cancel, save, no" before 0.98.1
"save as" is newly added in 0.98.2

Right, on linux Qt doesn't use same order. On linux, what is better saveas/cancel/save/no or like windows saveas/save/cancel/no?

I prefer saveas/cancel/save/no
