XnView Software

I am using the latest version of XnViewMP (v0.98.2 64bit).

When I use the XnView Browser to view the contents of a folder that contains some SVG files, the SVG files are totally missing. For example, if I have a folder with a 20 image files (in variety of different formats) and 4 of those images are SVGs, then the status bar of the XnView browser shows the folder as only containing 16 objects (even though there are actually 20 in the folder).

However, if I drag any of those same SVG files onto XnView, then they display perfectly fine in the XnView Preview window. So there is clearly no problem with SVG compatibility, it's just that XnView is ignoring that file type in the Browser. This was tested on a new clean portable setup using an ini file for settings, so there's no weird old settings that may affect things.

Is there some setting that I need to change in order to get SVG files to be included in the file Browser window?

I'm probably making a rookie mistake, but any help to resolve this issue would be appreciated.

I've found the solution!

After trawling through the Settings pages several times over, I noticed a checkbox on the Settings > File List > Custom Filter tab called 'All Other Files' which was unchecked. I checked this box and now my SVG files appear in the XnView Browser (along with all other files).
