Ok, I give in. Where is it?

Assuming you are using XnView Classic and not 'MP it is:

Tools > Options > General > Keyboard/Mouse

I've got the MP version.

That was always a possibility, in that case if you take a look at Tools > Settings... (always worthwhile as there are many options that may be useful) you should be able to browse to the mouse button options, which is what I think you need.
