Color pallette problem with JPG -> WEBP conversion [Solved]

Some images have red hue -> grey hue problem when converted from JPG to WEBP. When I used Squooze app I don't have this problem.. any ideas?

I think I solved the problem, all I had to do is add ICC profile in action panel. sorry to trouble you.
