XnView Software

Not sure if this is intended behaviour, but to me at least, it is a nuisance/bug:

1. On a file list, apply a Filter by ... with any condition (e.g. all images marked "red" or rated "Good", or whatever). A subset of the images is shown.
2. Double click on any image, or press F11 to display it fullscreen.
3. Browse the images by page down / right, page up / left.

Now, while the display of individual image(s) started off from a filtered list, also the other images (not conforming to the filter condition) get displayed. It would make much more sense (to me, at least) if only the images from the filtered subset were available during this full-size display -- e.g. when checking all "Good" images in the list.

i'm wrong, do you use match>current folder? so you open the file in edit mode?

So I will check back with 0.98.5 version for which the fix is being scheduled.

No, I use the Filter by... icon (the funnel) above the image thumbnails, displayed for the current folder.

Not sure what "edit mode" is, but it's the view opened by double-clicking a thumbnail (apparently, Ctrl-O is the PC keyboard shortcut). The same behaviour is exhibited with fullscreen (F11).
