better distinguish between new and ols skin

XNView should have an option to display that a skin is too old for this version (means, that it doesn not support all available buttons)

It's no good that toolbar buttons are missing if a skin doesn't provide the bitmap for it. But removing skins would be an overkill and the wrong action, I think. We should rather go ahead and try to complete all thumbnails asap. Sure enough designing toolbar buttons is a designer task, not forum members' task.

Currently i haven't received missing button from original designer :-(
