The "keep ratio" is not saved after a resize

Hi,

For whatever reason, when I want to resize, the "keep ratio" is always unticked, even if I tick it before leaving.
How to save this configuration?

you open a file, open resize dialog, uncheck 'keep ratio', ok, re-open dialog and the setting is not unchecked?

More or less

When I do like this the setting remains checked.

When I do like this and afterward close xnview, when I reopen xnview and try to resize, again the option is unchecked.
I want to keep this option alive everytime.

I've had a quick look at XnView Classic 2.50, and although I am not used to 'Classic' as I use XnView MP now, it does seem to retain the last 'Keep ratio' setting.

However, lack of persistence of settings in XnView MP is a know issue, including for 'Keep ratio' which I use frequently...

Are you sure that you are actually using XnView Classic (latest version 2.50), and not XnView MP (latest version 0.98.4)?

I confirm I use the classic 2.50 version, after several tests with the MP I gave up because too much complicated and not friendly
Honestly I remember the parameters were saved in the past and suddenly not.
I suspect a kind of parameter way of saving (.ini or each user directory or program directory)

My test in XnView Classic yesterday was brief, and I have since realised that my problem with XnView MP 'Resize' mainly concerns a lack of persistence of the 'Pixels|Percent' setting rather than 'Keep ratio'. Looking at XnView Classic again now I found operation of 'Resize' confusing, so I think my comments yesterday should be disregarded.

@mulanee: To make progress I think you need to provide 'Steps to reproduce' what you are seeing...

Much complicated: cannot Copy the opened image without doing a manipulation on MP (submenu)
On classic, just Ctrl+C

...For example...
