[0.98.4] Mark All makes assigning of categories impossible

Watch different behavior:
1. Go to a subfolder with many images
2. Select all images with STRG + A
3. Assign a category
Result: Category gets assigned successfully
1. In the Categories Filter pane, select many (sub-) categories, so that also many images get shown.
2. Select all images with STRG + A
3. Assign a category
Result: Category gets not assigned to all (either to none or to only the selected image at time of assigning)
From what I see the reason for that is that when doing STRG + A not only all files get selected, but also the very first item in the explorer display showing only "..". When manually deselecting this item after performing STRG + A, then the category gets assigned successfully to all images.
