b1: Position of "Write all selected"

The position of the "Write all selected" button currently varies:

In "Edit ITPC data" dialog it is
[Write] [Write all selected] [Cancel]

and in the "Set comment.." dialog it is
[Write all selected] [Write] [Cancel]

The order should be consistent. But rather than having buttons, I'd prefer a checkbox, I'll propose this in another topic.
