Fullscreen - Picture remains in memory after delete the last one

When we are in full screen mode, and delete the last picture in the folder (by clicking delete), it is not deleted.
It would be nice to display for example black screen, or something else than last deleted picture.

I'm another user who has noticed this problem.
Let's say you have a folder with 10 files. You open up a thumbnail window. Double-click a thumbnail to view it fullscreen. Then hit page down 9 times until you get to the last file in the list. Hit delete.
Instead of the program saying to itself "the picture I am now displaying no longer exists, therefore I must stop showing it and move to the previously-viewed picture" it keeps showing it. If you make a wrong move at this point (page up or page down), you will crash xnview.
I've seen this many times.
