Open image in new window on demand

When "Allow only one instance of XnView" is enabled, there seems to be no way open a picture in a new window, not from windows explorer, nor from XnView itself.
Would be nice if images opened from explorer open as tabs in one window, but still be able move an opened picture into a new window. (perhaps by dragging a tab outside of the window, like browsers do)
