The Draw tool fills shape with color even with the Contour Only option selected

I'm not sure if this's a bug or I'm doing something wrong, but here you can see that the second time a draw the eclipse shape it's filled with a color even though the
Contour Only option is selected.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in
XnView MP 0.99.4. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
