till ver. 2.46 capture function was ok. I have installed newest 2.50, capture function adds 8 pixels more if set capture area "Active window" or "Window". At the right/left/top of captured picture there is 8 pixels of black frame (I have black desktop, maybe that color is used), at the bottom there is 8 pixels of task pane.
I have win 8.1.
Edit: added pixels are only if maximized window is captured. If I capture normal (restored) window, there are no added pixels (ok).

in 2.50, i use a new function to get the rectangle of window, but it seems that Win8.1 has a bug
