Edit Time zone

Hi,
Is there a way to set/change the time along with the time zone of the Date taken of an image?

can there be a way to edit the timezone soon-ish please?
Also, signing up for this forum, I couldn't help but laugh because selecting your timezone is part of the onboarding lol Which is practically never the case in any other website. And yet, that's what I'm here to discuss.
