XnViewMP 0.99.4 - JPEG Export-Dialog - Compression - Invalid values may be entered

First thank you for the latest release. It is fantastic to see the solved bugs and new features! Wonderful.

The JPEG XL export dialog let the user set a compression value from 0 to 99.
I think the setting is for JPEG XL 'effort' parameter, which allow values from 0 to 9. Please limit the possible values.
Higher values than 9 are not accepted by the JPEG XL encoder and than it uses the default value.

Furthermore it would be great, if you can update the JPEG XL library with version 0.61, because there are speed improvements for some compression levels and bug fixes. Sometimes I think the memory usage for encoding/decoding is a bit lower.
