0.99.6: Print Selection toolbar button is not enabled properly

OS: Windows 10 - 64-bit
Effect: Print Selection toolbar button is not enabled properly.
"Print Selection" toolbar button is disabled when new image is viewed and a selection rectangle is made.
To reproduce:
1. View an image (any format) in View mode.
2. Add the Print Selection button onto the toolbar.
2. Drag a selection rectangle anywhere on image.
3. The toolbar button remains disabled.
4. Go to File / Print Selection.
5. The Print dialog appears.
6. Close the Print dialog.
7. Now the toolbar button becomes enabled, until a new image is viewed.
Actual behaviour (bug): The toolbar button does not become enabled when a new image is viewed and a selection rectangle is made, until the File / Print Selection menu item is chosen first.
Expected behaviour: The toolbar button should become enabled as soon as a selection rectangle is made in the image.
