Hi,
in MP 0.99.6 it's possible to edit and draw(SHIFT+D) the 1st page of a multi-page pdf
this is super convenient.

However, except if I missed sthg, it's only on the very first page.

It'll be great if MP could handle multipages pdf and its editing.

Thanks

It is possible now to edit any page of a multipage PDF (or TIFF) file, albeit in a limited way:

o Step to the page to be edited.

o Edit the displayed page (using Draw or any other operation).

o Save the file.

The practical limitation is that the [whole] file must be saved before stepping to another page, otherwise the edit made will be lost, and as the number of pages in the multipage file increases resaving the whole file after each edit can become slow.

Edit:

When it is necessary to edit many pages in a multipage file that has a large number of pages, an alternative approach is to first extract all pages in the source file, then edit each required page separately and resave it, then create a new multipage file.

XnView MP supports creation of a new multipage file from separate image files, but currently lacks an option to extract the pages of a multipage file; the command line tool NConvert supports that, as does another popular freeware image editor.
