Window always on one screen and always maximized

Hello,
I just did a fresh install of Version 0.99.6 64bits (Dec 10 2021) on my Windows 10 Dell laptop on a docking station with external monitor.
When I open Xnview, it is maximized on the laptop screen.
When I put the focus on it, this does not change the colour of the top bar like any other application to signal the focus.
No "minimize", nor "toggle maximize" nor "close" icon are appearing in the right upper corner.
I cannot drag the window onto the other monitor.
win + m does not minimize the window.
win + arrow (any) has no effect on the window.
F11 does toggle full screen view.
alt + F4 does close the application.
Tabs can be dragged to change their order within the window.
