Some sort of batch to update metadata - rename files

I would like to do the following, preferably with a minimum of clicks
After selecting files:
1. add description to Caption
2. then automatically have that description added to Headline and Keywords
3. have the file renamed after Caption + shooting date (like: New playground-ddmmyyyy hhmmss.jpg)
4. Keep the modified date as per shooting date (if available, more than 90%)

How am I to proceed ?

'Transfer' metadata is not better for you?

I don't think so, sorry.
My question was not clear, for which I apologize.
It should read:
1. select multiple files
2. CTRL-I (Edit Metadata)
3. in 'Caption" : enter free text (example: New Playground)
then..
when writing:
automatically add caption -> headline and keywords (New Playground added to headline and keywords
automatically rename file after caption
automatically rename after Caption + shooting date
(like: New playground-ddmmyyyy hhmmss.jpg - for example: DSC0001.JPG > New Playground-13102021 103510.jpg)
automatically change modified date to shooting date
within photo-managers this usually goes in a number of steps, a lot of clicks and accidentally skipping a step.
BUT...
Maybe this is not possible within XnViewMP - vainly searched for an article in the HELP files
