Fullscreen floating view settings

Fullscreen floating view don't remember type and size.
1. Open right floating views, hide some tabs (GPS, ExifTool, Histogram, ...) and modify tab width. I find useful "pin" the tab to maintain its visibility.
2. Exit MP.
3. Start MP again and goto fullscreen: all tabs settings (type, size) are reset to default.
Extras: sometimes, changing between files in fullscreen using mouse wheel don't update floating views content.
