Found in the process of making ID photos.

• Add a ID photo scale

Thanks to your detailed description I can reproduce the problem.

Supplemental content:

Crop with a fixed scale, height greater than width. Click the number to modify the size, The direction will change to, wider than high.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.00 beta. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
