webexport: detailed description for picture page

A more detailed info not for the thumbnails, but for the html page of each image, as I stated here: http://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.php?t=4078
These galleries are a very good advertising for xnview, so efforts here are repaied by doubled downloads, I guess. But this (mini) thing is something for the next release, I guess.
