Subject: 0.99.7: opens multiple instances without being prompted

XnView: MP 0.99.7 - 32 bit/64 bit
OS: Windows 64bit

Shortly after opening XnView, the program will begin to open instance after instance, nonstop, until I enter the task monitor, and enter into a catch-up race by using the "end task" command for each instance running. This behavior has made the program unusable.

Effect: If I do not quickly close down all instances of program, then my PC becomes overloaded (stack overflow?) which I am assuming if I let it run its course unchecked, my PC would simply shut down.

To reproduce:
1. Access my PC
2. Execute XnView MP
3. wait a short while
Actual behaviour (bug): continually opens multiple instances of program nonstop :bug:

Expected behaviour: only open the number of instances of itself that is prompted from the user

Do you have Tools > Settings > General -- Allow only one instance of XnView enabled?

And could you possibly be opening multiple selected images??
