Image .webp flickered in XN MP

Last night I downloaded an image with extension .webp, but when i opened it in MP 1.0 Viewer, it kept flickering strongly, although it showed correctly in XN Classic 2.51. To view it correctly in MP I had to change its extension to .jpg.
