PASTE AS NEW IMAGE command is missing.

In the EDIT menu in XNview Classic - English version, the PASTE AS NEW IMAGE command is missing. (And also, as I have confirmed, in the French and Spanish versions.) But it shows in the XNview Classic - German version, as EINFÜGEN ALS NEUES BILD. I tried to send the corresponding photos, but a message showed, saying the page is not available.
