Is it possible to make the main folders in which there are still packs display thumbnails?

Thank you for your suggestion, Levan. Do I understand right: If a folder contains both images and subfolders then you want to see a plain folder symbol without any mini thumbnails in the folder symbol. Only if a folder doesn't contain subfolders then folder with mini thumbnails of contained images are displayed. Right?

Thanks for the reply helmut.
No, on the contrary, I would always like to see thumbnails.
For example, I have a folder (example - family) in which there are other folders (example - 1 general photo, 2 photos of children, 3 photos of the house, etc.) and so, in this case, we do not see thumbnails if there are no images in the main folder , and only exists in subfolders.
Imagine a situation where you have a lot of folders with subfolders and it takes a very long time to search in the gallery for the folder you need only by the name of the folder. I would like to see all miniatures.
As I think, if we have a folder as in the example, with nested subfolders, you can display thumbnails from one or possibly several subfolders to the main one, so that it would be visually immediately clear what topic this folder belongs to. Eyes for the photo clings faster than for the text.
Forgive me if I described the situation for a long time. But in the case of an organized archive with a large number of photos, this is a better solution than text. And it would be visually aesthetic)
Maybe there is a setting that I don't know how to do?
And yes, when a folder has both subfolders and images, then there are no thumbnails either. (
I hope I was able to explain clearly. Sorry for my English.
Thanks again Helmut
