XnViewMP 1.0 and Monterey 12.5 Finder Hang

19,1 iMac, Monterey 12.5, XnViewer 1.0:
If I boot up my iMac, open XnViewer 1.0, Monterey Finder hangs
causing me to reboot. I'm going back to a previous version XnViewer .0997, or further back until a version works.
I deleted version 1.0, and installed .0997 XnViewerMP. Everything works perfectly.

it works correctly here on Monterey. Do you have tried to change current folder in XnView MP?

Hi, do you mean find another directory folder besides application folder to run 1.0?

What does this mean? Monterey wants all apps under Applications

not the folder of the application, the folder opened by XnView when you start it
