Hi, I think it would be a nice feature to be able to generate thumbnails (i.e. contact sheets, screenshots or previews) from videos too.

Thank you for your suggestion, corr. If you want to see thumbnails of videos, you can activate this in Tools > Settings | Browser | File list. There, check "Show as thumbnails" for Videos.

I need the possibility to create a contact sheet with thumbnails of a video. This is currently possible for images, but not for videos.

I see. XnView Classic can extract frames from a video and you could then resize video frames and then combine these to a contact sheet. Unfortunately, in XnView MP this feature is still missing (see Missing features (compared to XnView Classic)

Everything with one click would be nice. Select video, create contact sheet. This just needs a few more settings, like how many lines of thumbnails per video. Then video data in the header.

This is just an idea, because I think xnview MP can do most of this already.
