Hello, i open picture (not from browser). Picture show, but its not possible switch to next/previous file in view mode. I attach a picture with toolbar. What is bad setting ?

If you download the attached file and extract it, you are not able to step through the images inside using the large arrow keys on the toolbar?

yes, not able to step throught.

Strange, which operating system and which XnView MP version are you using? And the other icons work normally with the mouse you are using, presumably?

And to be absolutely clear, you can't step between images using the large arrows between the white lines in this annotated image of your toolbar? The smaller arrows to the right are used to step through the pages of multi-page files.

In Tools > Settings > Interface -- Toolbar tab the marked setting is as shown above?

How do you open the file? By double-clicking on it in Exporer or by double-clicking it in your mail program or ... ? Once the image is opened and displayed in XnView, could you please check the file path in "Image > Properties"? What is the file path?

I use WIN10, XnView MP 1.3 64bits. Yes, i cant between images using the large arrows.

Yes, is shown

I open file with double click in explorer (not XnView explorer). Image properties not shown, when i try.

no solution ?

from browser is no problem

what do you have in "Settings>General - Mode when starting..."

normal

if you drag&drop a picture file on XnView's Icon?

only drag file, not next
