Changelog link on website is wrong

The link to the changelog
viewtopic.php?f=82&t=42747
points to a very old file.

Suggestion:
Use just one file for cumulative changelog, so you can
leave the link address static until the end of time.

The bug is still there:

"Changelog" links to
viewtopic.php?f=82&t=46271

It's not easy to find the right changelog.
