B2: Network bug - crash

When I try to enter to the folder on network (through context menu or browser), but I don't have rights, error dialog (below) appears.
I mean - I have access/rights for some folders, but if new folders are created, I can't enter there. In other programs, e.g. file manager I have just dialog "Access is denied" - no crash.
"XnView for Windows 9x/NT/2000/Me/Xp has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Hmmm... I use network drive / another letter and path is hidden, like \\CompName\Data$. Symbol '$' is used to hide it for other users. Maybe this is the problem?

Dreamer, what is the structure of folders/permissions that cause problems? What steps to reproduce?

X.
- create and share 1 folder and one image on computer 2
- share this folder as \\CompName\FolderName$ ($ is important)
- mount this folder as drive X: on computer 1 (F11 in file managers)
- open image
= it should be OK
- create subfolder and place another image there on comp. 2
- try to enter this subfolder in xnview ('4in1' thumb. view)
- important! you must double-click the folder in the file list, not folder tree!
= 2 dialogs+crash
- tested also in details and icon view
= result, 1 dialog and crash

$ at the end of share name makes it invisible.

I reproduced it at last in in rc1.
The sub-folder I made first with Full-control permissions, so that thumbnails for it and image inside were created. Then I removed all permissions from the subfolder. XnView (now in main shared folder) displayed error when trying to access the subfolder (OK), but folder 4in1 icon appeared and disappeared when refreshing folder with F5 and/or Ctrl+R (strange). In the end I got message mentioned by Dreamer in the first post- crash.

No crash in RC2, but also no error dialog and focus is switched to the first item.
