Viewer - tool panels
'Show more' button does not work, it is either disabled or does not reveal hidden buttons for:
- Spotlight panel
- Crop panel
- Add text panel
- Add watermark panel

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open image
3. open any tool panel, eg Crop (press SHIFT-X)
4. resize program window until some controls on tool panel are hidden and 'Show more' button appears
5. try to reveal hidden controls by pressing 'Show more' button
'Show more' button does not work, it is either disabled or does not reveal hidden buttons

Expected behaviour:
'Show more' button shall be active if there are hidden controls
onPress shall reveal extra panel with hidden controls (same behavior as Viewer toolbar)

i've no way to remove it

It should not be removed, when clicked it shall show extra panel with hidden buttons.
