Allows me to configure the programs, but when XnView is restarted they are gone.

Repeated issue.

Where is located your xnview.ini file ?
(Tools>Settings>Intergration>Paths ... Open file locations ... )
Do you have write access to this folder ?
Does your xnview.ini contains any "OpenWith=" entries in it's [Start] section ?

It says -

OpenWith=@Invalid()
OpenWithName=@Invalid()
OpenWithParam=@Invalid()

No idea why, but it's working now
