XnViewMP 1.3.1 - New batch conversion - single core usage only!

I often use the batch conversion dialog to convert my jpeg files to webp.
My favorite settings are:
- Webp file format with 82% quality
- Resize longest side to 2560 pixels
- create directories/paths
- skip already existing files
The latest version 1.3.1 of XnViewMP has a new behaviour during conversions and a bug in the multi cpu core usage!
If you convert files to a destination drive or folder and it is empty (!), the conversion will use my multi cpu core settings (e.g. 4 cpu cores) for conversion!
If I start a conversion and some files already exists in the destination folder, the conversion process will work the whole time in single core speed!
In previous versions of XnViewMP I always was able to use the full speed (e.g. 4 cpu cores) to convert files.
Furthermore I could detect a new conversion status message behaviour than in version 1.3 and older.
If the destination folder does not have any files, the status messages will appear after every converted file!
If I convert files to a destination folder with existing files, the status messages will appear after the whole conversion!
I think here is an error in the new conversion procedure.
