How to edit EXIF data?

Hey, so I recently installed XNView Classic (the free download), and I can’t seem to figure out how to edit the dates and times in photos’ EXIF data. I can see them, but can’t edit them. I read that “Tools > Change Timestamp” should be the way to access this function, but there’s no “Change Timestamp” option in my “Tools” menu…

XnView MP is a free download as well and it has the "Change Timestamp" command in the Tools menu.
