XNShell open menu with shift only

Hello everyone,
Is there a way to see xnshell only in the context menu when shift is pressed? Can I change an entry with regedit so that it works?
I read that this should be possible with the additional entry "Extended" = "". But where in the registry this must be added.
I would be grateful for any help!
