1.3.1 - histogram - context menu radio buttons

OS: Windows 64bit (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%
Image properties → Histogram tab
Context menu has few issues:
issue A - there shall be radio buttons, not checkboxes
issue B - radio button is missing for the background group
