Auto Refresh Image Changes

Love XnView!
Guys, can you please incorporate an option for an auto refresh (F5) in the image viewer. I need this when altering image code in Notepad++
I keep XnView open on the left and Notepad++ open on the right. It would be great if XnView could update the image file in view-mode in real time when it detects that any bytes have changed. Would this be possible? Thanks.
