ICC & color profiles

color profiles are set up and fine in viewer. But in the replace image view where it shows 2 images, it's not using the profiles. It should.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in
XnView MP 1.4.3. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.

I'm on XnView MP 1.7.1. ICC profiles don't seem to do anything, either way what I'm seeing is very different from what photoshop and other apps display.

Please post screenshots and files? Which system?

I'm on windows 11
the photoshop window is the correct one, you can see its way different in Xnview. tried manually setting a profile and all the other options but nothing changes. seems to happen on .jpg format
I tested .png and .psd and it displays correctly.

sorry I think I managed. the correct setting is to set RGB when the embedded profile doesnt exhist. the confusion came from the fact that xnview doesn't show the update until the image gets reloaded so it feels that changing settings isn't having any effect. sorry for the trouble!
