1.3.1 - It is not possible to move the file to the root directory

It is not possible to move a file to the root of the disk:

This happens on any disk. Other image viewers do this without errors.

XnView MP 1.3.1 x64 Portable
OS: Windows 11, win scaling 150%.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.4.3. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
