Catalog related functionality remain enabled when Catalog is disabled in settings

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open Settings (F12)
3. goto Catalog and disabled it
4. goto Browser mode → View
Catalog related menu items remain enabled


ps. not sure if 'Rebuild thumbnails' menu item only rebuilds thumbnails for the current folder OR all of them.
It shall be disabled as well in case of 'all of them' as long as related option is unticked in Settings.
