Batch convert
'Change color depth' + 'Blurred frame' | 'Border' | 'Fantasy' | 'Retro' crash

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open test image from this topic
3. press ctrl+u to open Batch convert dialog
4. add 'Change color depth' action AND change color depth to Binary

Issue A
5. add Misc → 'Blurred frame' action
app will crash

Issue B
5. add Misc → 'Border' action
app will crash

Issue C
5. add Misc → 'Fantasy' action
app will crash

Issue D
5. add Misc → 'Retro' action
app will crash

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.4.3. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
