XnView MP 1.4.0 64bits
Windows 64bit (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Image resize
longest/shortest side mode always keeps aspect ratio

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open any image
3. press shift+s to open Image rezise dialog
4. set Mode to Longest or Shortest side
5. untick 'Keep ratio' checkbox
6. change Size
opposite's size will change as well, keeping aspect ratio

Expected behaviour:
It shall be allowed to change sizes and stretch/shrink image in Longest/Shortest side mode when 'Keep ratio' unticked.

fixed in 1.4.3

however, not sure that forcing "Keep ratio" to always on (and hiding control) is ideal solution
imho it make sence to have ability to stretch/shrink image in "Longest/Shortest side" modes, but maybe there are some downsides I cannot figure out
