'Unsharp mask' applies to whole image ignoring selection

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open any image and select any area on image
3. open Filter > Filter.. dialog
4. select 'Unsharp mask' filter and increase rower of its settings
5. tick 'Apply to image' or press OK
filter applies to whole image, ignoring selection

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.4.3. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
