Subject: 1.4.0 - XMP sidecar for MP4 video created even if option unchecked

XnView: MP 1.4.0 64bits (Dec 12 2022)
OS: Windows 10 - 64-bit

Given Settings - Metadata - Sidecar - update/create sidecar option unchecked.

Effect: Running 'Update files from catalog' creates the sidecar file.

To reproduce:
1. Browse a folder with video file(s) (JPG or MP4 format).
2. Delete any .xmp sidecar files.
3. Select an video file.
4. In View menu, select Update files from catalog.
Actual behaviour (bug): Sidecar is created even if sidecar option is unchecked

Expected behaviour: Sidecar is created only if filetype is Yes and sidecar option is checked.

Special notes:
Sidecar not created for JPG files if sidecar option is unchecked.
Sidecar not created for MP4 if video files is set to No and sidecar option is unchecked. This provides an easy workaround.

you have this behavior for other format like cr3, txt, ...

It's to keep the same behavior as 1.00, sidecar is always created for formats that doesn't support embedded metadata.
